I think we are all guilty of letting bananas ripen on the counter with the intention of making banana nut bread. However, if we're being honest, they usually end up in the garbage can. No more excuses, this recipe is super easy to make and only has 6 ingredients! Don't let that fool you though, when your family and friends taste it they'll think you spent hours in the kitchen.
2 - small ripe bananas
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans *optional
Preheat oven to 350
Mash bananas on a plate or cutting board
In a mixing bowl, add the cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil, and bananas. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the pecans.
Pour batter into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
Cool for 15 minutes before flipping the cake out onto a cooling rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired
