Small farmers in America are the foundation of our food and agriculture system, but they also represent and hold firm the tradition and value of hard work.

 

As the sixth generation of a farming family and given my involvement with FFA, I understand the important role agriculture plays in our lives. Many of us are three generations removed from the farm experience and often don’t realize all that goes into producing our food and clothing.  

I created Three Gens in collaboration with my mother and grandmother in order to bridge the gap between the public and hard working farming families, while offering a few delicious recipes and wonderful family traditions along the way.
