Cinnamon Roll Casserole



Enjoy all the flavors and smells of hot gooey cinnamon rolls without the work. This super easy cinnamon casserole is a crowd pleaser! The delicious flavors and rich taste will make this your favorite go-to breakfast.






What you'll need:


2 tubes cinnamon rolls w/ frosting

4 tablespoons melted butter

6 eggs

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup syrup

1/2 cup chopped pecans






How to:


Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish


Separate cinnamon rolls and cut each one into 8 pieces


In a mixing bowl combine eggs, whipping cream, vanilla, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.


Place your cinnamon roll pieces into the casserole dish being sure to cover the bottom. Pour the whipping cream mixture on top evenly covering the cinnamon roll pieces.


Drizzle the syrup on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans


Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.


Pour the cream cheese icing on the top and serve warm.
