Who doesn’t love bacon and cheese topped chicken? No one. That’s who. It’s chicken breasts smothered in a creamy honey mustard sauce, topped with crunchy bacon and oozing with melty cheddar cheese. It’s an explosion of flavor, and you might find yourself having trouble going back to the days of plain Jane, baked chicken breasts after consuming this rendition of loaded chicken.
Ingredients: 4 Boneless/ skinless chicken breast Favorite honey mustard dressing 1 block cheddar cheese, shredded 6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grill chicken breast, season to taste *I prefer a blackening season or Lawry’s
Place grilled chicken in a baking dish. Top each breast with a spoonful of dressing and spread out. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. *You can also place under the broiler to crisp bacon if needed
